Jenn Clempner is Curriculum Lead in Artist Development for the BMus (Hons) Popular Music programme, at Royal Northern Collge of Music. She oversees the development and delivery of a dynamic, industry-relevant curriculum.

Her academic leadership supports emerging artists in creative entrepreneurship, autonomy in music careers, and the art of sustaining longevity in the music industry.

Her portfolio also includes performing as a vocal-pianist, composition and musical direction, artist development, event promotion, performance booking, logistics coordination, and digital marketing strategy.

She has worked as a session musician with The Hoosiers (Sony BMG), touring across the UK, Europe, and the USA. She has performed at major festivals and appeared on Top of the Pops, BBC Radio 2, T4, and Popworld.
